To complement our referral service, we:
- Advise how to best accomodate workers with disabilities in your specific environment
- Train staff about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Conduct accessibility surveys to facilitiate ADA compliance
- Counsel on disibility-related employment issues, including disability etiquette
- Train new hires on site to ensure full productivity
- Inform about tax incentives and other government initiatives for employers of people
with disabilities
